- Weight of Runner: The more a runner is heavy, there is more risk of cushioning midsole to break down. For runners who are light weight, running shoes may work for 500 miles or more. Whereas for runners who weigh more than 200 pounds, their running shoes may wear after 200-300 miles.
- Reduced Rotation: Another aspect that may wear your running shoes out is when you don’t rotate shoes with other pairs. This means that every day you are wearing same pair of shoes for running. Your running shoes have tiny air pockets in EVA foam and after running they even need time to recover so that they can bounce back.
